10 day CLEANSE COMPLETE!!!!! WOHOO!!!

Well, the results are in!!!! 

Chris - Down 9.4 lbs and 5 inches!!!!

Candice - Down 8.2 lbs and 8 3/4 inches!!!!

WE FEEL GREAT!!!  Im not going to lie, its been a little tough, because our bodies were trying to get rid of the bad toxins in our body, and trying to change our bodies from wanting the BAD foods.  But all in all, we already have more energy, and looking forward to the next 14 days!!!!

We did start the shakes today for breakfast and they are pretty good!!  I was a little nervous, being that Ive tried some different shakes in the past and I dont "dig" the grainy texture...these are pretty SMOOTH!!!

Day 3!!!!

So far so good!!!  Day 1 was a little rough, kinda felt a little hungry, but other than that, GREAT!  I keep wanting to get on the scale to see what it says, but I was told by Andrea (my coach) that it should be put away for the first 10 days.  I am LOVING "SPARK", its AMAZING, I love feeling so awake in the morning.  WOHOO!  Bring it on days 4-10!!!  :)

DAY ONE!!!

WOHOO!  We officially started using the Advocare Products today!!  This will be the WORST post you will see me write, why?  Because here is where you will see Chris and I's photos!  AHHHH!!!  This is the real commitment part I suppose, letting ANYONE who cares to see, our HORRIBLE bodies.  BUT, there will be a day where we will post our "FAT to FAB" bodies!!!!!  WOHOO!!!!  BRING IT ON!!!!

HERE WE ARE!!!  So far, so good!  We started our morning at about 7:15, and I have NEVER felt so awake at that time of the day, THANK YOU SPARK DRINK!!!

Patiently Waiting....

Well, today is the day that my shipment MIGHT arrive!  I have been waiting anxiously for this package, as I cant wait to see my husband, Chris, and I change our lives!!!  I will be posting pictures as we get started, I need to do some serious grocery shopping before we start!  :)  Wish us well!
